Return Process

  Log into your PC Express account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure full credit eligibility.

  Ship to Service Center

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our testing facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the components for serial number verification and condition, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
